Director’s Report

July 9, 2026

Building and Grounds

  • AC unit has continued to fail. It was able to cool 50% of the building on the hottest days. Our maintenance company, Stants Combustion, made the repairs and charged $11,450, however as it did not fix the problem. The Head of Facilities for the town is involved and holding the payment until it is fixed, or a resolution is determined. They did come back last week and it is working, but they are calling in an expert on our behalf, who has not yet come to look at the unit.
