Lost PIN?

By default, your PIN is the last four digits of the phone number you gave the library when you signed up. If you associated an email address with your account, you can reset your own PIN from the login screen:

Follow the prompts to reset your PIN.

If you do not have an email address associated with an account, you will need to contact library staff to reset your PIN. While staff do not have access to it, we can reset it back to the last four digits of your phone number. If you would like a different PIN, you can edit it when you regain access to your account.

View Checkouts

Log in and click your name in the upper right, then click Account Portal. Click Checkouts in the overview or click Checkouts & Requests in the left menu. This section allows you to view a list of library items currently checked out to your account and their due dates.

The system automatically renews eligible items, so manual renewal is available in this area, but not necessary. If an item is not renewed automatically, it is not eligible for renewal.

Reading history

This is an opt-in feature that allows you to track your checkouts. Once enabled, this area will populate with items you check out going forward. It does not include electronic items or past checkouts from before it was enabled.

To turn on your reading history, log in to your account and click on your name in the upper right of the screen. Click Account Portal, then Account in the left menu. Scroll to the bottom and check the box to turn your reading history on or off. Note: if you turn it off, it deletes your past reading history.
